What exactly does `Right of Return` mean? does it mean that anyone who had property or whose parents or grandparents had property in what is now Israel...that they can go back and live there? Wouldn`t that be like Israel agreeing not to exist? I think the wording of te Arab Peace Plan makes reasonable sense assuming a two state solution "A just solution for refugees." ... that seems reasonable, possible, and fair. The specifics however should be set up ...who is a refugee? and what is a just settlement? could the international community be involved in satisfying requirements? what about 3 country rotating timeshare arrangements in some cases?
