All this warning about a bi-national state means exactly this:
Israel is jerking Abbas around, and the Pals are coming to the conclusion that Israel is simply going to continue jerking Abbas around until the end of time.
So the Pals are *this* far away from giving up on the desire for their own state, and are about to start demanding a bi-national state with equal rights for all - Jews and Arabs alike - from the Gaza Strip to the Jordan River.
And that`s got Olmert panicking - and panicking big-time - because that is going to be very hard to resist *and* still pretend that Israel is not an apartheid state - no way! no how!
And from there its the same slippery slope the afrikaaners slid down..... |
