The films like this one- if faked- can only be effective with the cooperation of world media which is there to lap it up, to highlight it- to replay and replay it. If this was faked the people who made it and those in the know should be sued to kingdom come for damages.
I really hope it was faked and that the boy is alive - best case scenario.
