I welcome any new investigation, if it helps to clarify and does not look like a whitewash.
Incredibly there are still people peddling the myth that somehow Mohammed is alive. A myth current among the hard Zionist right. It is bon ton among them to try and sow confusion and obfuscation of facts and to make out that this was the fault of the Palestinians and - even worse - to blame Mohammed and his father.
The facts in the case are these: Mohammed and his father where sheltering behind a concrete cube with the Palestinian military post right behind them. It was impossible for Palestinians in the post to hit them accidentally. The fire directed at the Palestinian post came from the Israeli military position at the other end of the crossing. Why would Palestinians fire on their own military position?? Anyone?
The haste with which the concrete cube and the wall was removed along with other forensic evidence, suggests strongly that the Israeli military had something to hide.
