| I don`t know about the legal ramifications, but it would seem that since it was used to fuel the second intifada that the government who allowed it to be broadcast w/ little or no oversight may be liable in some way for the damages it caused to Israelis. And I hope they go for it. BTW, does anyone know if Reuters is still using the photoshopper as a stringer? |
