I will ask once again: Are you saying that Dr. David Yehuda – the surgeon who in a sworn statement says he did reconstructive surgery on Jamal Al Dura`s right arm and recognizes the scars Jamal displays (as proof that he was the victim of Israeli gunfire) as scars resulting from the surgery he performed on Jamal in 1994, is lying?
