He was ``driving slowly`` and yet broke a police barrier according to the link you posted. How does one do that? was he driving slowly or in a slowly fast manner?
Besides, the man says he was was driving slowly with no music, the youths say he was driving fast and loudly too. Why do you automatically take one side? It is inconcievable how someone who claims to have stayed in Israel for so long would not have at least thought (or guessed) about the consequences of driving about on Yom Kippur in that neighbourhood. It is like a person walking into a mosque with his shoes on and saying afterall I`m not a moslem.
If truly, the guy was considerate, couldn`t he just have either told his daughter to stay with the relatives and he`ld pick her after Yom Kippur or he could have arranged for her to go immediately after.
That`s not to excuse what happened in any case. |
