| Please let me summarize this article to prove just how nasty it is, it claims: That the Jews of Acre are awful, violent and threatening (no exceptions are mentioned in this article). That the Arabs of Acre are all saints (no exceptions are mentioned) who only wish to live in peace and would never throw rocks or engage in riots or violence (according to the quotes in this article anyway). That the Kadima-associated mayor of Acre shut down the festival just to get at Arabs (it is implied that this is because he is a racist). The Article makes no mention of the fact (reported in Haaretz) that the injured in the hospital are all Jews and that about a hundred Jewish-owned stores were smashed when this began. In fact, I have a hard time imagining how this article could be more misleading and biased. |
