There are no factual information to indicate a trend as such described. For the most part these accusations are used to justify further suppression of Arab minority, in Israel, by extremists. There are extremists on both sides, and I don`t always agree with positions taken by Arab MKs although I don`t envy their position.
The Arab minority have the right to sympathy with Palestinian legitimate cause (not violence). This is shared with a great number of Israeli Jews. No one calls the Israeli Jews disloyal to the state.
Finally the facts are that the great majority of the Arab community is loyal to the state and would not trade their citizenship with any other Arab country.
What do you say too the Druze, the Beduins and and many other Arabs serving in IDF? We are not the enemy. |
