| Here we have a nice cute article which should bring a smile to all out lips. A group of entrepeneurs have taken a scientist`s idea and are attempting to make it work. Not so bad eh? The idea happens to be but a small buidling block in the goal of ridding our lives of fossil fuel. Not bad eh. Sure the headline does not fit the body of the article, but nobody is growing violence out in the hot houses of Ghana. Rather than ridiculing the entrepeneur and the science, one should celebrate what may be but another small step in the greening process. But this seems to be too much to ask for those who come here daily with the intention of shedding their angst and sharing their schadenfreud with the readers. Grow up kids, cleaning up our mess will take time. We will need sun, wind, the tides, bio-fuels and nuclear to change our ways. So relax the sky is NOT falling, and understand that science and technology take time, trial and error, and the support of the populace. |
