As I recall, the Kadima party was founded on the irrational scheme of "convergence" that was instigated by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and President George W. Bush. As I understood it, Israel would have been allowed to annex part of Shomron and Judea (West Bank), and a Palestinian State would have been created on the part that was not annexed into Israel. Does anybody believe that President-elect (if he wins) Barak H. Obama is going to permit Israel to annex part of Shomron and Judea? It is time for new elections in Israel, just as we are having elections in the United States. That is called democracy.
