| In our country, where the citizens of Arab-Palestinian background suffer from various forms of discrimination and racism, where tensions between Jews and Arabs are high and where politicians, who are supposed to represent Palestinian citizens of Israel, are busy with petty politics and instead of struggling for the rights of Arab Israelis, voice scandalous opinions, which may put the names of these politicians to the front pages of papers so that they would gain cheap popularity among Arab Israelis and hatred of Jewish ones, and don`t contribute to the improvement of lives and status of Arab Israelis in their country, Israel - new party with people like MK Majadele, is very important. Such party would struggle for peace between Israel and its neighbours, for equality of Arab Israelis, against discrimination and racism, and serve as a bridge between Arab and Jewish Israelis. |
