So you *all* want to argue that Palestinians militants who target Israeli civilians are not "resisting the occupation"?
So why are they doing it, guys? For kicks?
Regardless, your point is pointless: if they are terrorists then they are **criminals**, and the occupying power has to deal with them as such.
This article points out exactly when an occupying power crosses a line that it should not cross, and it does so when it deploys death squads to liquidate those it sees as its enemies.
That`s what Haaretz is accusing the IDF of doing, and that is a war crime.
These Pals are terrorists who deserve to die?
Maybe they are.
But the point that *you* all refuse to address is this: it isn`t up to the commander to decide that without justifying that decision beforehand, and without rejustifying it afterwards.
The IDF isn`t: the commander is simply pointing a finger at a Pal and saying: I. Want. This. Pal. Dead. Dead. Dead.
A War Crime. |
