| This is such a shame. Particularly when you consider that the greatest interpreters of Wagner`s music have been Jewish conductors. Solti, Barenboim etc. For the enlightened it`s simply the age old argument: Artist and art, can you divorce the two? I can find no good reason for an entire state to outlaw what is, at the end of the day, simply music. |
