| OK, here`s mine: There`s a terrible drought. A rabbi, a priest and an imam get together to pray for rain. As they begin, an angel flutters down from heaven, and tells them - The Lord will grant the most rain to whichever of you composes a beautiful rain prayer that shows the greatest confidence and faith in G*D as the maker of rain. You have one hour. After the hour, the angel comes back. The angel reads the priests prayer. "Superb, I am moved to tears", says the angel. Then the imam`s prayer. "Wonderful, I am moved to tears", says the angel. Then the rabbi hands the angel what he has written. "What the heck is all this stuff", says the puzzled angel. "Blueprints for a Giant Ark", answers the rabbi. |
