| You are correct, Hamas was ELECTED through a DEMOCRATIC PROCESS. But their society and ideology is completely incompatible with democracy. They adhere to fascist Sharia law. That is their ideology. The whole Hamas democracy argument is a joke, perpetuated by people that don`t understand that democracy is more than just the right to vote - freedom of speech, freedom of religion, women`s rights, freedom of press.
