| Most of those commenting here seem to hold the Yemeni Jews in very little regard. After all, if they were truely as oppressed, marginalized, and limited in opportunities (as compared to other Yemenis who are oh so well off) as you all make out why haven`t they left or at least tried to leave before. Also, as mentioned in the article, the Jewish man killed in Yemen had already made Aliyah but chose to return to Yemen. How does that little bit of information fit into what is a much more complex picture than most of posts seem to allow? |
