`Don`t blame Russia, Iran, Syria, Palestinians, Hamas, Fatah, Lebanon, Hezbollah, Christians, Muslims, the U.N., the EU.... Stop the Occupation. Make Peace. Return what was taken. The Talmud says things taken from non-Jews do not have to be returned. Don`t believe it.

The problem is that `what was taken` happens to be much of the state of Israel -- and it requires a willful denial of the past to believe otherwise.
The only intrinsic difference between pre-1967 Israel and the current settlements in the West Bank is that the earlier seizures are of greater antiquity.
So when you call for `returning what was taken,` you need to realize the magnitude of what you are offering. |
