| Everything in the ME is given a political slant so as to give a historical bias. Even coins. My understanding is that Israelis were one tribe living in Palestine along with Samaritans, Canaanites etc. The coins are Roman and were issued by the colonial power. They have little relevance in the Jewish Palestinian debate |
