| Stop asking for the impossible. Israel occupies Gaza and has for decades. Egypt and Israel have a peace treaty. Egypt has an agreement with the PA to administer the Rafah crossing, even EU monitors. The PA currently does not hold sway in Gaza. Israel and the US were temporarily successful in dividing the Palestinians over election results that both powerful countries did not expect nor want to abide by, even though both profess a huge love for "democracy"... Egypt cannot open the border because Israel holds the cards by virtue of the previous agreements and Israel`s "disengagement" plan. Israel spells it out in the plan. You should read it. Then maybe you will stop pushing misinformation. Israel occupies Gaza legally. They retained the right. Live it, learn it, love it. |
