| What did they think was going to happen? Did they really think that they could launch hundreds of rockets, missles and mortar shells into Israel and we`d do nothing? I`m saddened by the casualties among Gaza`s civilians. Clearly small children are innocents and shoudld be protected to the greatest possible extent. But the people of Gaza elected Hamas, they haven`t lifted a finger to try to stop Hamas`s attacks on Israeli civilians (unless you call handing out candy in the street at every terror attack "lifting a finger) and they`ve allowed Hamas to turn all of Gaza into one big arms storage bunker. Don`t whine about civilian casualties when you allow your homes and mosques to be used to hide Hamas arms, fighters and command facilities. The equation is simple. Stop shooting missles at Israel and we`ll stop bombing you. |
