| The difference is that armies usually claim that those rockets are very accurate, hitting exactly the bad people and no civilians. Usually this claim is backed with noisy videos (preferably in black green low contrast mode) where you see the rocket hitting and blowing up some lonely building and only that. The problem is that in practice rockets are not always used against lonely buildings but against targets in towns... with the results as you see them in the news. |
