Abbas always wanted to play bothsides and then each side against each other. Abbas was and always afraid to say "We Must make Peace With Israel" Those few words would have made him a great statesman.Those few words would have transcended the whole Palestinian world for them to understand this was the way forward.
Abbas could never do that maybe he could never drop his old ways while moving forward. The only thing for Fatah is to vote a new leader in. One that understands how to move the Palestinian people to the 22nd century and to make peace. |
