There is a difference between (1) being a party of dissent in Knesset, and (2) being a seditious party that confers with enemy governments and promotes destruction of the State including the Knesset. So long as Arabs are not banned from other parties, this is not a blow against democracy. BUT, the Supreme Court of Israel will decide.
