| A European ambassador asked "Is this the Israel you want to be?" The answer is no. No Israeli that I know wants to hurt any Palestinian child. But had Europe and the rest of the world cared and done something about Hamas when it was lobbing up to 80 rockets a day at Israeli civilians, we would not have had to fight back. We sat and sat and SAT while Hamas attacked and attacked, even during ceasefire, and the world looked on. Europeans and others, you could have prevented this. But for you, Jewish blood is cheap. For us it`s the only thing we have and history has shown us that only we can protect ourselves. |
