| If the IDF were intent on comitting a massacre of innocent Palastinians, they would have done this entire offensive from the air. Instead they put Israeli soldiers in harms way in order that attacks could be precise and targeted, to the best of their ability, to avoid taking innocent lives. Of course it is impossible to avoid mistakes in these situations and Hammas makes it very difficult to avoid killing innocents. Hammas booby-traps Palastinian homes.. every time an IDF soldier enters a building or a neighborhood his judgement is impaired by the knowledge that Hammas will use unconventional (and illegal) war tactics- including dressing millitants up as civillians. |
