He`s dragging his feet on opening WWII files, won`t withdraw the Easter prayer, has Cardinals trying to boycott Yad va-Shem and uttering offensive slanders against Cast Lead, and now this. All our interreligious bodies should issue a White Paper, w/ particular care to reach the Catholic laity, and then indefinitely suspend contacts. Put the ball in the Pope`s court! P.S. a disinvitation to visit Israel this spring would get his attention! |
