| Well, maybe besides Switzerland or Fiji? At least the least torturous of any state that actually has threats against it. Israel banned all forms of torture. Israel even banned methods of torture that are allowed by International Law. Do you know why Hamas fighters are talking? It?s because they are mercenaries. And I bet Israel is paying them to talk. Maybe not with cash, but freedom maybe? Maybe a ticket to the West Bank? |
