That`s where Hamas gets its revenue, Iranian-trained staff and arms from so they are a legitimate military target. That will hit them where it hurts, minimize the impact on civilians, and even the bleeding hearts will find it hard to defend tunnels used for weapons smuggling. Don`t take them all out at the same time, so that Hamas will understand that for every rocket, their interests will get hurt more.
