| That he did not want a repeat of the Lebanon war is something to be praised. You have to have a exit plan, and want to be responsible for Gaza all over again, something which the majority of Israelis do not want to do. This past war was simply to send a message, and we waited eight years for it - who were the ministers then? While we may not want Barak as prime minister we need him as Defense minister. He lost because of that. |
