| As long as it isnt in the Ministery`s Budget, it`s nothing but "plan-game". (The construction will anyway over-run the accorded cost-frame because of the difficult terrain (building infra-structure)). Wait for the new government. And brachot le KKL and his ingenieurs. And dont make it "monochrome" - in any sense. ("White" is beautiful for the crown - but it only (and lonely)?) |
