| M: "This one was so obvious. Why did anyone buy it to begin with?" The report says this: 1) 15,000 housing units have been approved 2) 58,000 are awaiting approval. Here is what Boim is claiming: 1) There are 11,500 approved units. 2) 11,500 is much, much less than 73,000. 3) Therefore the report is "delusional and baseless" for claiming that 73,000 units have been approved. And you didn`t even see his sleight-of-hand, did you, Miriam? The only thing that is "delusional and baseless" is BOIM`s argument that the report is claiming that 73,000 units have been approved. Only Boim is making *that* claim, and for the sole purpose of thundering against it in the Knesset. Get it? He. Has. Constructed. A. Straw. Man. Argument. |
