The best example of how Jews and Arabs can get alone is what you see in Europe and the USA. Both ethnic groups do not see each others as enimies, but rather as two "semitic" groups who share more things than hates. It`s amazing how both languages have thinks in common, even the way they write from right to left. just look at the alphabet: they have the same roots (just look at the "seen/sheen: ie the latin"s"....almost the same. I could use the same analogy between Spanich and Italian. I hope that one day, Israelis and Palestinian, Jews and Arabs will call it quiet and decide to live in peace as neighbors.
