Got to meet and talk,candidly with many soldiers who were returning fresh from fighting in Gaza. They told a far different story than your article portrays, They were deeply hurt by civilian casualties despite there considerable and often self endangering efforts to avoid such casualties. We heard several stories of Gaza fighters using even the very young as human shields and of civilians being paid to stay in homes with cache of weapons and explosives in order to deter IDF from blowing up the buildings to destroy the weapons.This is contrary to the view headlined for your article. In fact, even the text of your artcle fails to make the case that you blare forth in the headline. |
