I am an olleh from the UK
I have lived in Israel a long time now and although I have an Israeli passport I keep my British one up to date for 2 reasons.

1) Its very convenient if you want to go visit people instead of cuing up with foreign passport holders you get waved through the line much quicker and use the Israeli one to come back in.

2) Its also convenient if you want to visit a country that has no kind of visa waiver requirements with Israel, travel under a non Israeli passpoer and you benefit from that.

Duel nationality is useful .. if I gave up my British citizenship if I wanted to go there for medical care etc I would have to pay for it as things stand I get the best of both worlds.
Rights avalible to Israelis & British .. I even am registered for a postal vote so I have a say in the election of 2 governments.

If you got a right then you may as well take it not play moral minded .
