| I can only agree with the Editorial. It is both to the point and concise. Anyone who thinks that Israel was born in an act of willful aggression does not understand what happened in any way. Anyone who thinks that Israel was born without dispossessing - at gun point - many thousands of Arabs is also ignorant. There was NO CHOICE but to do what had to be done. And if it had not been done there would have been the extermination of all those fighting for the existence of Israel. Still, how can the emotions, the beliefs, and the desires of the authors of the editorial published once again by Haaretz be justified by the willful and avaricious domination of another people within their land? How has Israel come to be what it fought against? And how can that perversion be justified? Thank God that Israel survived and prevailed. But how can God justify the oppression of Arabs because some Israelis have delusions that they are some how exempt from morality? Jeremiah 49:16 |
