The term for that is "racial and ethnical motivated inequality and double standards`. You propably also have a big mouth on anti-Semitism when it comes to Jews in Diaspora not having the same rights and security as non-Jews I bet. Last but not least: "The American Indians have accepted us...". That is really a screamer. Acceptance by genocide, that is a truly new form of acceptance for me.
