Not exactly. America is a Republic. Obama speaks for ALL Americans. duh. We are not polled on this issue, or any of many issues like the bailout details and buying out GM etc. That doesn`t mean he is outside of his authority.
I can assure you that very few Americans could find Gaza or WB on a map. And if they found out the Pals are Arabs, goodbye discussion. The average American, sorry to say, likes his politics simple. Thanks to Osama bin Laden`s gentle wake up call, ...um, what can I say? America for now is solidly Israeliphiles, the shrill noises from the granola crunchers notwithstanding. |
