I do believe you will find that the signatures to the Road Map read "Israel" and "PA".
And I do believe you will find that both those groups agreed to a document that said that ALL Israeli settlement activity would be frozen.
So if Israel wants to change the wording of that Road Map then the permission they seek needs to come from the "Palestinian Authority".
After all, THEY agreed to a document that YOU now want to change, and so logically it is THEIR agreement that you require. |
