You have no idea what the circumstances are surrounding this incident. Are you implying that any parent who uses drugs is an unfit parent?
What about those who drink?
It seems fairly obvious that the parents didn`t intentionally give the substance to the child - the worst thing that probably happened is there was some in an area the child could reach, and the kid probably ate some.
Should they have been more careful? Sure. Does that make them horrible people. Surely not. People make mistakes - and you can be sure they will not make this one again. |
