| I work for CPS and I can guarantee you that a child could die from an overdose of Marijuana. I am not sure where you have heard that "marijuana cannot kill anyone" but I assure you it could absolutely kill a child. And really...saying it is "irresponsible" seems like a bit of an understatement and minimization of the actual event. It is certainly no less neglectful than had they allowed the child to ingest any of the other items you mentioned regardless of whether they are legal or not. I could give two shits whether marijuana is legal or not, it is just as lethal. |
