There is no housing shortage. In my neighborhood called Ramot in North Be`er Sheva, there are hundreds of empty, new apartments for sale. There are no rules against Arabs in this neighborhood; I have many Arab neighbors and we all live together in peace and harmony, our children play together, etc. There are Muslim Arabs from the north here, Druze, and Beduin. Be`er Sheva is a little more than an hour commute from both Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, so don`t give me that crap about no jobs in the south. The cost of living here is lower so it is worth while to live here and commute. The problem is that some people just want something to complain about. Get a life, move to the Negev, and go on. It is wonderful here.
