| As one travels through Israel, and Judea and Samaria, one can see there are no restrictions against Arabs building in lands controlled by the PA or Hamas. There are no building codes enforced by Israel in those areas (of course in Gaza, rockets take priority over homes) and there is constant construction of new homes, addition to older homes and expansion of towns. And I recall that Arafat boasted he would beat the Jews with the wombs of the Arab women. So there is not call for restrictions on Arabs in their own areas. Any city in the US has limits on construction. I recall when my parents first moved to Florida, the city where they lived restricted the types of roof one could have (Red stove pipe or flat white tile) and the color of the exterior. One man whose home faced onto a golf course wanted his main entrance on that side, but the city demanded the house look like the main entrance was on the opposite side.
