In part not overly a bad offer however it doesn`t detail matters like Palestinian control over their borders/airspace/coastal area etc.

It also goes to show that Israel *can* made decisions that will lead to peace, unfortunately the current Israeli Gov is wrapped up in this "It would be to *traumatic* for the Israeli psyche to make peace".
