| Israel and Jordan. The British Mandate of Palestine comprised what is now Israel and Jordan. The land was split into Trans Jordan, now called Jordan and Palestine, now called Israel. Jordan is roughly 66% and Israel roughly 33%. The Palestinians have a homeland on the MAJORITY of the land - IT`S CALLED JORDAN!! The west Bank and Gaza were NERVER - let me repeat - NEVER - owned by Palestinians. The name Palestinians NEVER - let me repeat - NEVER existed prior to Arafat. Gaza and the West Bank are DISPUTED LANDS - subject to negotiations according to the UN. However, since the Arabs initiated 6 wars of aggression - and LOST - they lose their right to negotiations. Again, they already have a homeland on 66% of the British Mandate... IT`S CALLED JORDAN! Look at the maps prior to 1948. It`s all there. |
