In Montreal there are different areas where the Jewish people reside. One area is filled with Hasidic families. They are very pious and go about their daily lives. On Shabbat they do not drive and follow all the tenets of the sabbath. As a more Orthodox Jew I am probably looked down upon by these people. So I do not bother them and they do not bother me.
Whether in Jerusalem or any other city we all have to learn to accept one another and accept not everyone follows the same religious rules. As far as the Haredim are concerned they need to chill and not be "crazy people" |
