Excerpt from a MW report in May:
According to the codes, each person can bring in two pita breads, a small tin of humus, a small tin of tuna fish, a small carton of cheese, and a quarter liter of oil. They cannot bring in cold water with ice, home cooked food, olives, sugar, sausages, or coffee, or tea. Many people complained that the food that they are allowed to bring in is not enough and they cannot pay the prices of food in Israel. Most of the contractors do not provide food for their workers and they are hungry throughout the workday.
So let`s see:
Checkpoints are there for security, but they are not run by the military but by a private company?

They are outsourced to private companies, but the Ministry of Defense determines the food quotas?

The amount of food that Palestinians bring to work directly influences Israel`s security?

Bottles of ice present problems in the Xray scanners. Besides this, Palestinians` diet is any of our business.
