It would seem so, especially inside the august halls and ivory towers of Strasbourg and Brussels.
"Shoot first and ask questions later" (if ever) is the modus operandi of too many EU bureaucrats - they would rather proceed from assumptions and the most base prejudices, rather than actually check the facts.
Maybe my friend Roo, who got a T-shirt (if but little wisdom, sadly) from his trip to Israel, might lead an EU delegation back there, to really dig into the "more complex realities". They`d all benefit.
