| I`m usually no defender of the chareidim (I`ve lived as one of them and left the community to go to the modern orthodox camp because I couldn`t take it anymore) but I`m not sure this is right. Let the doctors run some tests first... this poor boy can be suffering from a host of medical conditions that prevents him from absorbing nutrients... before the mother is accused of starving him. Especially if she has other children who are well nourished. There are a lot of serious problems in the chareidi community but that is no excuse for being irrational and accusing without evidence. I hope this little boy is healthy and well! |
