This is hogwash. Just let a little settlement construction go on until we negotiate the settlements removal. Olmert can`t really believe this. Every Israeli that moves into a settlement makes it harder to remove the settlement, obviously. And what about those previous understandings? More illegal "outposts" built with roads, and electricity, and security forces. Not removed immediately. More of a "we`ll get to to it sometime. Even to the extent of violating Israeli supreme court directives.
